Additionally, NACO has de- veloped and recently launched NACO Academy digital modules at

eliminating the accredited investor requirements, described as “outdat- ed and not relevant.” NACO is proud to have submitted a comment letter to Canada’s securities regulators to support the broadening of the definition of an accredited investor to be more inclusive to those with expert knowledge of the innovation ecosystem.
