Sampler is an e-commerce company that was funded by members of York Angels and others and now helps brands like L’Oreal and Nestle deliver samples online and gather the insights they need to build one-to-one rela- tionships with their consumers. Sampler provides clients with an analytics dashboard that has live real-time data and displays insights on demographics, lifestyle habits, family interests, ratings and reviews, and conversion to purchase. Participating brands receive key insights and recommendations from their sampling experts. Sampler helps brands of all sizes and categories deliver physical product samples to digitally targeted consumers, every sampling program comes with the option to include fol- low-up surveys and coupons so that brands and con- sumers can keep the conversation going.
