Organization managers were invited to add written comments to elab- orate on the scores that they gave and to comment on specific aspects of the investment environment, in particular the impact of COVID-19. A variety of issues were raised but with no single theme dominating. Moreover, many of the issues that were raised were particular con- cerns of specific organizations and related to their size and location, particularly those organizations that are located outside of the major cities.
