About OKGN Angel Summit The OKGN Angel Summit is an investor-led training program designed to introduce entrepreneurs and accredited investors to the world of angel investing through a guided and participatory experience. A fund is raised, deals are screened, and investment into business is made. Participants will go through a 10-week series of training, and structured investor meetings including company reviews, founder pitches, and due diligence. This
culminates in a public pitch event where the finalists make their final pitch, and the winner is awarded the fund. The Summit is not just about one winner, it’s about building an investment community within the Okanagan to ensure that companies based there don’t have to go far to get the funding they need and companies from outside the region can look to #OKGNtech to help them succeed.
