The Operating Environment Executive Summary
A few organizations have reverted back to their pre- COVID methods of operation, some have retained the changes that they introduced in 2020 and operate exclusively online, including angel organizations that started during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the majority of organizations now have hybrid models of operation, comprising a mix of online and in-person meetings.
Online pitches are seen to have several benefits for in- vestors, notably saving them travel time and enabling them to see more investment opportunities. The main downside of online events is that they are less effective for networking.
