This sug- gests that similar new private sector investment will oc- cur if the Government invests in a fund-of-funds pro- gram for pre-seed investments. A fund-of-funds program will also increase equitable ac- cess to angel investment as an asset class for all eligible Canadians, empowering new emerging fund managers with opportunities to more actively invest, and enabling a broader range of investors to support our country’s entrepreneurs and meaningfully participate in Canada's innovation economy.
